01
Trading involves substantial risk
Trading financial instruments can result in partial or total loss of the money committed and, for some products or account structures, losses beyond an initial amount. Market conditions can change rapidly. Only you can determine whether trading is appropriate for your circumstances, knowledge, objectives, and ability to bear loss.
02
Decision support, not advice
TradeRigor provides market research, analytical tooling, validation, monitoring, replay, and decision support. It is not a broker, exchange, custodian, bank, investment adviser, fiduciary, or portfolio manager. Its output is not personalized investment advice, a direction to trade, or a substitute for independent judgment.
03
Historical results
Historical performance, backtests, and reconstructed market scenarios describe modeled behavior on selected past data and assumptions. Past results do not guarantee future results. Changes in market structure, liquidity, volatility, fees, data quality, or execution can make future outcomes materially different.
04
Simulated, backtested, and paper results
Simulated, backtested, paper, and replay results are not live trading performance. They may not fully represent slippage, latency, liquidity limits, rejected orders, market impact, outages, emotional decision-making, or other conditions experienced in actual trading. Hypothetical results benefit from hindsight and modeling choices.
05
Forward validation
Forward validation observes new evidence prospectively, but it remains evidence rather than a guarantee. Sample size, observation period, market regime, data availability, and operational assumptions can limit what the result supports. A favorable forward observation does not establish that a strategy will remain favorable.
06
Analytical limitations
Indicators, market-structure classifications, rankings, confidence labels, statistical comparisons, and other analytics simplify uncertain market behavior. They may be incomplete, incorrectly configured, or unsuitable for a particular decision. No score, signal, model, or validation status eliminates uncertainty or risk.
07
Sizing and risk controls
Position-sizing tools, stop levels, targets, invalidation rules, account constraints, and other risk controls can support discipline but cannot prevent losses. Prices may gap or move through intended levels, orders may not execute as expected, and leverage can increase both the speed and magnitude of loss.
08
Technology, data, and connectivity
Market data and service output may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, duplicated, corrected, or unavailable. Software defects, exchange or provider outages, network interruptions, clock differences, configuration errors, and latency can affect analysis, alerts, monitoring, or connected functionality. Maintain independent safeguards and records appropriate to your activity.
09
Execution and third parties
Where a controlled integration is available, order acceptance and execution remain subject to exchange systems, account permissions, market conditions, and third-party rules. TradeRigor does not guarantee that an order will be submitted, accepted, filled, filled at an expected price, modified, or canceled.
10
Your responsibility
You are responsible for deciding whether to act, verifying material information, selecting account and exchange settings, monitoring positions and systems, and complying with applicable law and third-party terms. Do not rely on TradeRigor as your only source of market information, supervision, recordkeeping, or loss protection.
11
No guarantees
No guarantee is made regarding the accuracy, completeness, availability, timeliness, profitability, execution, or outcome of TradeRigor information or functionality. References to evidence, rigor, confidence, validation, or risk awareness describe an analytical process—not certainty or assured performance.
