01
Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the TradeRigor website, applications, and related services. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
If you use TradeRigor for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these terms on its behalf.
02
Eligibility and availability
You must be legally capable of entering into these terms and meet any minimum age required where you live. You may not use the service where doing so would violate applicable law.
TradeRigor is currently offered on a limited, invite-only closed-beta basis. Access is not guaranteed and may be restricted by account, organization, capability, or operational status.
03
The TradeRigor service
TradeRigor provides trading-intelligence, market-research, validation, monitoring, replay, and analytical decision-support tools. Features may include historical analysis, simulated or paper workflows, forward observation, and controlled exchange-integration capabilities.
TradeRigor is not a broker, exchange, custodian, bank, investment adviser, fiduciary, or portfolio manager. It does not hold customer funds or assets.
04
Information, not investment advice
Outputs are provided for informational and research purposes. They are not personalized investment, financial, legal, tax, or accounting advice, and they are not an offer, solicitation, recommendation, or guarantee to enter any transaction.
You remain responsible for evaluating information, deciding whether and how to trade, and obtaining professional advice appropriate to your circumstances.
05
Accounts and security
You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding passwords and session access, limiting access to authorized people, and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized use through an established support channel when one becomes available.
Do not share credentials or attempt to access another person’s account, organization, or data. Actions performed through your authorized account may be treated as your actions unless applicable law requires otherwise.
06
Permitted and prohibited use
You may use the service for lawful internal research and decision-support purposes within the capabilities made available to you. You must not:
- circumvent access, entitlement, security, rate-limit, or operational controls;
- probe, disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or introduce malicious code into the service except where applicable law expressly permits;
- use the service or its data to violate law, third-party rights, exchange rules, or market-integrity requirements;
- misrepresent TradeRigor output as guaranteed, independently verified, or approved by a regulator; or
- resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the service without written authorization.
07
Market data and third-party services
The service may depend on market-data sources, exchanges, networks, infrastructure providers, and optional integrations. Third-party terms may apply to your use of those services. TradeRigor does not control their availability, accuracy, latency, policies, or acts.
Market data can be delayed, incomplete, corrected, or unavailable. You should independently verify information material to a trading decision.
08
User materials and feedback
You retain any rights you hold in configurations, research inputs, and other materials you submit. You authorize TradeRigor to process those materials only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, support, and improve the service.
If you voluntarily provide product feedback, you permit TradeRigor to use it without an obligation to compensate you, provided that doing so does not grant rights in your confidential data.
09
Intellectual property
The service, software, visual design, documentation, and related materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited right to use the service under these terms, no ownership right is transferred to you.
TradeRigor names and branding may not be used in a way that implies sponsorship, endorsement, or regulatory status without permission.
10
Beta service and changes
Beta features may be incomplete, changed, unavailable, or withdrawn. TradeRigor may modify functionality, limits, interfaces, or availability as the service develops. You should not rely on the service as your sole recordkeeping, monitoring, or risk-control system.
11
Commercial and subscription status
Pricing currently shown on the public website is planned launch direction. Checkout, payment collection, card storage, automatic renewal, refunds, and proration are not active service features.
If commercial billing is introduced, applicable prices and subscription terms will be presented before a paid commitment and these terms may be updated accordingly.
12
Suspension and termination
Access may be suspended, limited, or ended to protect users or the service, respond to legal or security concerns, address a breach of these terms, manage beta capacity, or discontinue a feature. Where reasonably practicable, notice may be provided.
You may stop using the service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should continue—including ownership, disclaimers, and limitations—survive the end of access.
13
Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. No guarantee is made that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, accurate, complete, timely, or suitable for a particular purpose.
No result, analysis, validation outcome, risk control, or integration guarantees profitability, order execution, market availability, or any particular trading outcome. Review the Risk Disclosure before using the service.
14
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, TradeRigor will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, trading losses, lost data, loss of opportunity, or service interruption arising from use of or inability to use the service.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. A monetary liability cap and any market-specific consumer terms require legal and business approval before commercial launch and are not stated here.
15
Responsibility for misuse
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you are responsible for claims, losses, or costs caused by your unlawful use of the service, your material breach of these terms, or your infringement of another person’s rights. Any future indemnity language requires legal review and will not override rights that cannot be waived.
16
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated as the service, commercial model, or legal requirements develop. The page will identify the latest update date. Where required, material changes will be communicated through an appropriate service or account notice before they take effect.
17
Governing law and contact
The governing law, venue, contracting legal entity, and formal legal-notice contact have not yet been established for commercial launch. They must be completed following legal and business review before paid service begins.
Nothing in this section limits mandatory protections that apply under relevant law. Until a verified public contact channel is published, beta participants should use the access channel through which their invitation was provided.
